The machine uses a CNC system developed based on the Windows CE operating system, featuring key operation, quick response, and high precision. It has an imported servo control system, ensuring reliable and stable performance. The entire machine operates on a control voltage of 24V for safe production. It can process double-layer, triple-layer, and ultra-thick hollow glass, executing the glue application principle of a fully automatic sealing line, with a back pressure floating glue nozzle that allows for a 2mm misalignment of the hollow glass, achieving uniform edges and full corners. It automatically detects the depth of the aluminum strips and adjusts the glue application, ensuring smooth and even glue edges without any bumps. No manual repair is needed, resulting in a perfect product in one go. The universal mechanical arm supports the glass, moving flexibly and lightly, ensuring that the glass is never contaminated during glue application! The mechanical structure is stable and reasonable, with no glue drops and no glass contamination. It is compatible with all models of single-component and double-component glue applicators in the industry; highly reliable, high quality, and high safety.
