Description
The cleaning machine uses a design with three pairs of brushes and special brushes for LOW-E glass to avoid damage to the film layer.
PLC control and dual touch screen display system for temperature/speed/production volume/fault information prompts - can independently complete full line control.
Can produce double-layer and triple-layer insulated glass, multi-layer and large-sized (optional) curtain wall insulated glass, and custom-shaped insulated glass.
The movable plate of the board press can automatically open at a large distance, making maintenance convenient and quick.
When bonding glass, the mechanical arm of the front and rear boxes of the flat press uses a lever-type support for materials, (mechanical hard limit + movable plate vacuum suction cup) ensuring that the glass never shatters or misaligns during automatic bonding inside the plate. (A domestic first)
The cleaning box, drying box, air knife, etc. are all made of stainless steel, with an elegant appearance that never rusts.
