Device Introduction

The cleaning box is made of thick stainless steel with overall welding, high strength and no deformation: the top is a stainless steel plate with a 12mm thick steel plate; the bottom is a 5mm thick stainless steel plate, and the sides and middle partition are made of 2mm stainless steel plates; (three levels) six high-temperature resistant bristle brushes with a diameter of 180mm + four spray nozzles, cleaning glass thoroughly and quickly (10-12m per minute), with stainless steel springs that can automatically adjust the cleaning glass thickness from 4 to 18mm.

All components and screws in the cleaning box that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel, copper, waterproof aluminum, nylon, and other materials, ensuring long-term use without rust and easy maintenance.

The gear transmission part uses key connections: it will never shift position during long-term use (some manufacturers use fixed screws which are low-cost and very unstable). The drying part, including the box body, glass support, and air knife, is made of thick stainless steel welding, ensuring the equipment remains rust-free during long-term use and will not cause secondary glass contamination.

The unique circulating air glass drying system is energy-saving and has low noise (in winter, there is no need to heat the air, which can reach 40 degrees).
