Device Introduction

This device is a vertical seven-axis servo CNC edge grinding machine, mainly suitable for the pretreatment of hollow and tempered glass.

Using diamond sanding belts, the chamfering is smooth and delicate, with no sharp edges, resulting in a high yield of tempered products.

There is no need to input the glass size; the system can automatically recognize the glass dimensions.

Suitable for grinding LOW-E glass, with rear vacuum suction cups fixing the glass, and no contact on the front surface to prevent scratches on the glass film.

Saves labor, is safe and pollution-free; workers only need to place the glass on the input section, and the rest of the work is completed automatically by the machine.

The device has a vertical design, occupies a small footprint, and allows for easy and safe handling of glass.

The device consists of the upper input section, entry section, grinding chamber, exit section, and electrical control cabinet.

The whole machine is controlled by world-renowned brand servo motors, PLC, touch screen human-machine interface, photoelectric sensors, optical fibers, encoders, and high-precision linear guides, ensuring stable and reliable performance with high efficiency.
