Once damaged, high labor prices are required to repair, so what methods can we use for maintenance and repair in peacetime?

1. Lubrication of washing machine

In order to prevent gear necrosis caused by excessive wear of the wear machine, the washing machine must be properly lubricated. Use plastic cloth to isolate the parts that need lubrication from the cleaning area to avoid grease contamination. Lubricate the joint surfaces of chains, gears, drive shafts, chain rollers and chain plates. The transmission chain and roller table should be evenly lubricated. Wipe off excess grease with a clean cotton cloth.

Second, the calibration of the conveyor roller

The lower and lower rollers of the washing machine are driven by the drive shaft and gear system, and the bearings and the horizontal and vertical levels need to be checked regularly. For the upper roller table, we add fixed end block clamps and regularly measure the height change, correspondingly calibrate or replace the bearing to adjust the roller pressing force.

3. Adjustment of the height of the disc brush

The entrance cleaning machine mainly cleans the surface of the original glass sheet through three rows of 132 disc brushes, and adds liquid polishing agent to ensure that the glass surface can be effectively polished and stubborn stains can be removed. In order to make the disk brush form an effective rubbing on the glass surface, as the disk bristles wear out, the height of the disk brush needs to be lowered regularly to ensure the cleaning quality.
