Product Introduction
The CNC drilling, milling, and grinding glass processing center can be connected with glass washing machines and glass loading/unloading machines to improve production efficiency.
Introduction to Glass Processing Center
1. This equipment is a specialized integrated machine for glass drilling, milling, and edge grinding. The X-axis uses a mechanical arm for glass clamping, ensuring a firm grip and precise positioning.
2. It adopts high-precision absolute value servo motors, saving limit switches and avoiding position deviations caused by limit switches.
3. The spindle motor uses a high-speed motor with 15000 RPM/MIN, allowing for fast milling speeds and high processing efficiency.
4. The spindle center water outlet and external circulation water outlet cool the tools simultaneously, effectively protecting the tools and extending their service life.
Introduction to Glass Washing Machine
1. Six high-temperature resistant 180mm diameter brushes + four spray nozzles ensure thorough glass cleaning, with variable speed control and fast speed (8-15m per minute). The uniquely designed spray system allows for adjustable spray angles, making cleaning and maintenance quick and convenient. The washing machine's water tank is equipped with a water heating system, recommended for use when the room temperature is ≤7°.
2. The fatigue-resistant stainless steel spring can automatically adjust the cleaning process according to the glass thickness (4-17mm).
3. The entire washing machine is designed with thick three-layer stainless steel. The washing box consists of an upper top plate of 6MM, a lower bottom plate of 6MM, and a lower waterproof plate of 4MM. The glass feeding is driven by the upper top plate, and the brush drive roller is fixed by self-aligning bearings on the upper top plate and lower bottom plate. The brush bearings have a long service life and are easy to maintain and replace. The glass waterproofing is achieved through a fully sealed structure of the lower waterproof plate, ensuring the machine never leaks.
4. The washing machine's brushes use a vertical motor for smooth transmission and strong power.
5. The upper transmission part of the washing machine uses a key pin gear transmission, which is stable, durable, and maintenance-free for life (only requires lubrication). (Some manufacturers use old-fashioned chain transmissions, which are noisy, prone to failure, and troublesome to maintain.)
6. The European-style high-pressure blower is equipped with a heating box at the air inlet, ensuring better drying effects in winter. The unique internal circulation drying system is energy-efficient, low noise, and avoids secondary air pollution (in winter, the air temperature can reach 40 degrees without heating).
7. National patented dual air knife washing machine ensures that the washed glass is clean and streak-free.
