Product Introduction
The vertical glass drilling machine can be used in conjunction with glass washing machines and fully automatic glass loading and unloading machines to improve production efficiency.
Introduction to Glass Drilling Machine
1. The glass drilling machine is designed with 4 heads, allowing simultaneous drilling from the front and back, resulting in high drilling quality and minimal chipping.
2. It can process two holes simultaneously, doubling the efficiency compared to a 2-head drilling machine.
3. Laser sensor positioning, with an accuracy of ±0.2mm.
4. A glass beveling tool can be installed on the cutter, achieving beveling while drilling the glass.
5. PLC control, with a simple and practical operating interface, high program reliability, making it an efficient glass drilling device.
Introduction to Glass Washing Machine
1. Six high-temperature resistant 180mm diameter brushes + four spray nozzles, ensuring clean glass washing, variable speed control, fast speed (8-15m per minute), with a uniquely designed spray system that allows for adjustable spray angles, quick and convenient cleaning maintenance, and a water heating system in the washing machine's water tank, recommended for use when room temperature is ≤7°.
2. Fatigue-resistant stainless steel springs can automatically adjust cleaning based on glass thickness (4-17mm) during the glass transmission process.
3. The entire washing machine is designed with thick three-layer stainless steel, with the washing box consisting of a 6MM upper top plate, a 6MM lower bottom plate, and a 4MM lower waterproof plate. The glass feeding is driven by the upper top plate, and the brush drive roller is fixed by self-aligning bearings on the upper top plate and lower bottom plate, ensuring long service life for the brush bearings and easy maintenance. The glass waterproofing is achieved through a fully sealed structure of the lower waterproof plate, ensuring the machine never leaks.
4. The washing machine's brushes use a vertical motor for smooth transmission and strong power.
5. The upper transmission part of the washing machine uses a key pin gear transmission, which is stable, durable, and maintenance-free for life (only requires lubrication). (Some manufacturers use old chain-type transmissions, which are noisy, prone to failure, and troublesome to maintain.)
6. The European-style high-pressure blower is equipped with a heating box at the air inlet, ensuring better drying effects in winter. The unique internal circulation drying system is energy-efficient, low noise, and avoids secondary air pollution (in winter, the air temperature can reach 40 degrees without heating).
7. National patented dual air knife washing machine, ensuring that the washed glass is clean and streak-free.
